According to the related provisions of International Air Transport Association (IATA), we will value the freight of your parcel both in actual weight and measurement weight (determine whether your parcel is deadweight cargo or measurement cargo). Then we will choose the higher valued charge as your freight cost. The way to calculate measurement cargo is as follows:
Length( m) x Width ( m ) x Height ( m) x167 = measurement cargo weight in KG ( unit: meter).
3. We are willing to deliver parcels according to the clients' named shipping way. But since we have signed discount agreements with some express agencies, we would like to give you some suggestions in order to save your freight cost.
4. Please pay attention to the weight unit of our freight cost calculation. Usually we calculate the charges by 0.5kg (500g) as a basic unit due to the Chinese practice.

Normally we will choose best suitable transportation way for you,also will do as your special request.
Shipping costs depend on order(total weight & size of freight).
We have signed agreement with the couriers to get a good prices,and low transport cost for customers.
Normally we will charge a estimated freight from you when order placed,the exceed charge will be refund or put to your account balance if full.you can login and find in your account.
Package and security
The orders will be well packed,with certain container,also we will put some plastic bubbles inside to protect the order,if the package is broken when you receive,please check the order,and contact with us asap.we will try to help you!
After order have been sent,there will be a tracking number show on each order,you can login and find the tracking number to make sure the order get to you safe and fast!
Customs
Usually the customs will charge a proper tax charge from the order,we will try to short the cost,we will put proper invoice on the package as customers' request,we work with our courier and aloways help customers to finish the customs procedures well.any problem you encounter in transportation and customs clearance please come to us.When we ship the order to you,there are no taxes from our country.But when the order enter into your country,the packages have to access your country's custom.We always filled the form of package description e.g. total value, quantity and materials to clear the customs.However,if the package over a certain amount of value, you may have to pay the import taxes to the custom. Normally, most of the import taxes of accessories should be around 10-15% of the total value. The tax rates are different from each country.Please direct inquiry your country customs for details.
If you have request on shorting the tax fee,please tell us,usually we will attach a "fake-invoice" in the packing box with lower prices (around 25%) and declare the package in this low value. So that you may have a chance to pay less taxes or skip to pay any.
In some particular events, even the parcel have detail declaration, it also would be picked up by both sides' custom for checking. They may hold the parcel for around 2-3 working days.
We does not assume responsibility for packages held by customs in it's destination country. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. We reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with no notice or explanation.
